Children's Safety is our priority, as a result, we limit the resale inventory we accept. We hope the guidelines below ensure our customers increased quality resale selections at affordable prices while giving our traders faster processing times with increased returns. Only traders who agree to the guidelines below may trade here. Valid ID will be required.
Updated Guidelines for 2011
Little Raspberries only accepts New and Gently used name brands and designer brands clothing size premmie to 12. Spring and Summer preffered.
OUR online sister store accept basics* , but only at a discount. to be sold as resale lots for other needy families. Find them at www.frugalbabies.com
*Basics refers to Target, Kmart, Walmart, Sears, JCPenny, Sesame Street, Carters, etc Brands in addition to onesies, bottoms, bloomers, sleepers, swaddlers, shirts etc. that we have too much of.

Little Raspberries accepts your "little raspbabies" new and gently used items in exchange for cash or trade. We offer up to 40%-50% cash (select furniture and gear only) or 50% store credit for other children's items. Customer preference influence our selection process.
The "Do's". . .
Call 1st. As we accept as space allows. Furniture and gear accepted daily. Always call 1st.
Item Limit: To allow more families trading opportunities, appointments may bring in TWO shopping bags (no trash bags) or one average size bin of toys/gear. Clothing sized 0-12 months is a ONE bag limit. Older children's clothing, furniture and gear preferred.
Brands: Better brands that are stylish and in demand sell best and are customer preferred! 0-12 months must be better brand Only (Gymboree, Gap, Carters, Old Navy, etc.) or new with tag. Furniture and gear must also be better brand.
Product Quality Guidelines: Items must be in ready to sell condition.
ALL items are REQUIRED to be SAFE, CLEAN and COMPLETE!
Make sure ALL items are recently laundered and completely dry without defects or stains. Storage, mold and smoke smells are NOT accepted including moist items. Defects refer to fading/pilling/missing buttons or tags, mold, etc.
All zippers/buttons/snaps must be set, outfits together and with no excessive wrinkling or extra charges will incur to cover extra costs to prepare your items for sale. Please lay clothing flat and layered instead of folding.
Check for recalls at www.CPSC.gov especially furniture and gear. It is ILLEGAL to buy/sell/trade/consign recalled product.
Toys must be safe, working, clean, complete and with working batteries. All items not clean, complete or with working batteries will not be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The "Don'ts". . .
Clothing: Clothing that is stained, dirty, smelly, incomplete, or excessively wrinkled. Tags that are missing or written on or clothes not in current style. Customers request we pass on these items.
Furniture, Gear and Toys: No RECALLED items. Cribs must be better brand with no splits, damage or missing, replaced, painted or repaired parts. No dirty, unsafe, incomplete items. Contain small parts in ziploc bags. Check for recalls at cpsc.gov
PLEASE DO NOT BRING: Resale Carseats, Unsanitary items (ex. resale teething rings, nipples, bottles, diaper pails, pump accessories, toddler underwear, etc. Toys with lead or PVC. Generic toys, stuffed animals (new o.k.)
ATTENTION: Little Raspberries sets the price on all items based on salability and demand, not on original priced paid. Inventory value changes by season. We do not itemize, only approximate current season value which we can change at anytime. If itemization is preferred, please request before trading begins. Little Raspberries reserves the right to change trading guidelines or store credit policies at any time. Please keep contact information updated. We may need to contact you regarding store credit policy changes. At times, Furniture and Gear may be accepted on a consignment only basis. At times, store credit may only be applied toward resale product. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Please call to check on your consigned items. Times are tough and staff is low. This way we can work as a team.
